AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or unsuitable for your specific use case.

Zimzee does not guarantee results, performance, compliance, legality, or outcomes from AI-generated content.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, validating, and ensuring compliance of any AI-generated output before use.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Where required by applicable law, including privacy laws in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, we rely on one or more legal bases to process personal information.

These legal bases may include:

  • Contractual necessity: where processing is needed to provide the Service, manage your account, process subscriptions, or perform our agreement with you.
  • Legitimate interests: where processing is needed to operate, secure, improve, analyze, and protect the Service, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Consent: where you have given consent, such as for certain optional cookies, marketing communications, or features that require your permission.
  • Legal obligations: where processing is needed to comply with laws, regulations, legal processes, tax obligations, fraud prevention obligations, or enforceable governmental requests.

4. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Service, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect against fraud or abuse.

Deleted data may remain in backups for a limited period and may be retained where required for legal, security, or operational purposes.

In general, account information is retained while your account is active. User content and saved content are retained until deleted by you, your account is deleted, or the content is removed in accordance with our Terms of Service.

After account deletion, we will take reasonable steps to remove your information from active systems. Backup copies may remain for a limited period, typically up to 90 days, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.

Storage is provided on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed.

Zimzee may impose limits, remove content, or restrict storage at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of important content.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal data.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms may be defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, unless we provide notice and any required opt-out rights.

Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries with different data protection laws.

We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
